My unemployment benefits were denied because of an out of state job. I only was out of state to train of an instate job. 

I became unemployed due to the Pandemic in March 2020. I received my regular unemployment benefits plus the extra $600 in pandemic assistance. When the that ran out, PEUC kicked in, in which, according to the New Mexico Dept of wrkforce solultios, I qualified. When I certified to receive the benefits, I was denied. When I called, they said it was due to an out of state job I held in 2020, in Texas. I was only in Texas for 2 months to train for my New Mexico job. When I called, they said I should be approved to receive my NM benefits but I continue to get denied the weekly benefits when I certify each week.
