It is a commercial eviction moratorium in place in LA County and in City of Los Angeles. However, my landlord's attorney sent me a letter, demanding a payment.

My landlord has always had a bad blood with me, because I'm an immigrant. She's never been polite and never answered a single question in full and sometimes just ignored me. 

Now, when the eviction moratorium is in place and my restaurant has not been fully operational for a while, I'm completely out of cash and could not pay my rent, starting December. Her attorney sent me a letter demanding payment and I need help responfing to it.
