I was wrongfully terminated under a harrasment allegation. I spoke with the mediation person assigned to the case one time and because I was too "defensive" the company decided to terminate me after services for six years.

I worked for the macy's distribution center. I was pulled into the offices on march 7, 2021 and was told by in store solution which is closed and cannot be contacted till March 8th that I was terminated based off of Facebook messages that did not belong to me and text messages that did not belong to me. An because the person who filed the harrasment charge got a call at the front desk they tried to link it to me  I have not had a interaction nor have I ever worked with this employee. When I asked the person why I was being terminated she only stayed because of code or conduct. Which I have video evidence and she would not repeat what and why I was being terminated for nor did she answer any of my questions.
