Also, the fraud investigator said that on his map there was no hail storm in my area. The insurance company is Bluefire Insurance my claim number is TXOA24-0004922 my adjuster was Antonio Leal, then they sent my claim to investigator Daniel Herm with phone number 2145573763. Then they transferred my case to another adjuster Afia Carr with phone number 972-827-3677. I have called multiple times and I have no answer. All this happened on May 16, 2024. Can anyone help me?
